- Handle Incoming Sales Calls: Professionally answer and manage incoming sales inquiries.
- Understand Client Needs: Ask relevant questions to gather data and understand the caller’s requirements and challenges.
- Present Our Solutions: Tailor product presentations to align with the client’s specific needs.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Define and manage a customer pipeline, moving prospects through the sales stages effectively.
- Follow-Up: Send confirmations, schedule demos, and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all interactions and client information into the CRM system.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status to management.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and share insights.
- Meet Targets: Strive to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably remote.
- Time Zone Availability: Ability to work during US time zones (EST, CST, MST, PST).
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
