We’re looking for a Product Designer who can own end-to-end design for fintech experiences from user research and flows to high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff. You’ll work closely with PMs, engineers, and other
stakeholders to design secure, usable, and delightful financial products.

- Conduct user research and translate insights into personas, journey maps and design decisions.
- Own end-to-end design for features: flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
- Familiarity with design systems. able to extend and modify an existing system and work with design tokens (color, spacing, typography).
- Prepare clear specs and assets for handoff; work closely with engineers during implementation.
- Iterate on designs based on usability testing and analytics.
Requirements:
- 3+ years product design experience (preferably in fintech or payments).
- Strong portfolio with 1–2 case studies that show process decisions impact (include metrics).
- Proficient in Figma. Comfortable prototyping and documenting interactions.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have...
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Yandex metrika, GA4) and usability testing.
