About Team:
The Fashion Category Sourcing Team is responsible for managing and developing procurements across different categories (Apparel, Footwear, Accessories, Sportswear). By analyzing sales and purchasing performance, monitoring market trends and consumer behavior, and collaborating with sales, Merchandising, and Marketing teams, the team ensures assortment optimization, effective campaign execution, and overall market share growth.
The Fashion Category Sourcing Team is responsible for managing and developing procurements across different categories (Apparel, Footwear, Accessories, Sportswear). By analyzing sales and purchasing performance, monitoring market trends and consumer behavior, and collaborating with sales, Merchandising, and Marketing teams, the team ensures assortment optimization, effective campaign execution, and overall market share growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer's and Supplier needs, commercial trends, market situation
- Liaising with existing Suppliers/Sellers and negotiating contracts Sourcing and building relations with new suppliers/sellers
- Analyzing past sales patterns to anticipate trends in consumer buying pattern
- Controlling and monitoring price competitiveness in both Marketplace and retail side Controlling the assortments and inventory
Requirements:
- At least bachelor degree
- At least 2 years sales or purchasing experiences
- Preferable familiar to the product
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired Exhibits strong decision making abilities
- Full passionate for learning Enjoy working as a team member in a busy and creative environment
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills Strong verbal and written presentation skills
