Senior SEO Specialist

Azar Danesh Rasta is looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to own and grow SEO as a key acquisition channel. This role is for someone who understands SEO beyond tasks and tools and can connect organic growth to real business outcomes and lead generation.
You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and collaborate with content, data, and development resources to drive sustainable organic performance.

Key Responsibilities

• • Own the overall SEO strategy including technical, on-page, content, and off-page
  • Plan and execute SEO roadmaps aligned with business and lead generation goals
  • Focus on high-intent and commercial keywords rather than vanity traffic
  • Improve technical SEO performance including site structure, indexation, and performance
  • Work with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices
  • Monitor performance and report insights with a focus on lead quality and conversion
  • Identify SEO opportunities across different products and markets

What We’re Looking For

• • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in B2B or complex product environments
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO and content-driven SEO
  • Proven experience growing organic traffic and qualified leads
  • Ability to prioritize SEO efforts based on business impact
  • Data-driven mindset and experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA, Semrush, or similar
  • Good English proficiency, especially in reading and writing
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of SEO initiatives

Nice to Have

• • Experience with multi-market or international SEO
  • Familiarity with marketing automation
  • English speaking skills
