شرح شغل:
طراحی و پیادهسازی متدولوژی اجایل
برنامهریزی و مدیریت اسپرینتها، جلسات Daily، Review و Retrospective
تسهیل ارتباط موثر بین اعضای تیم و حذف موانع همکاری
پشتیبانی عملیاتی از مدیر توسعه کسب و کار در اجرای پروژههای کلان سازمان
تجربه در پیادهسازی شاخصهای کلیدی عملکرد (KPI) و چارچوبهای OKR
تجربه در پیادهسازی بنچ مارکهای معماری سازمانی
شرایط احراز:
حداقل 2 سال سابقه فعالیت در نقش اسکرام مستر یا مشابه در تیمهای چابک
آشنایی کامل با متدولوژیهای Agile، Scrum و ابزارهای مرتبط (Jira، Trello، Notion و…)
تسلط مناسب به Excel (فرمولنویسی، Pivot Table، Power Query) و Power BI برای گزارشسازی مدیریتی
مهارت بالا در ارتباط بینفردی، مذاکره و مدیریت تیم
تجربه در پیادهسازی شاخصهای کلیدی عملکرد (KPI) و چارچوبهای OKR
تجربه در پیادهسازی بنچ مارک های معماری سازمانی
توانایی مدیریت چند پروژه بهصورت موازی
نظم، مسئولیتپذیری، پیگیری بالا و قدرت مستندسازی دقیق
ترجیحاً دارای مدرک Scrum Master یا معادل آن (مانند PSM، CSM)
علاقهمندی به یادگیری و رشد در حوزههای مدیریت پروژههای دادهمحور و مشتریمحور

We at Ofogh Kourosh Chain Stores are looking to work with a Scrum Master in Branch Operations.
Job Description:
Design and implement Agile methodology
Plan and manage Sprints, Daily, Review and Retrospective meetings
Facilitate effective communication between team members and remove barriers to collaboration
Operational support to the Business Development Manager in implementing large-scale projects of the organization
Experience in implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and OKR frameworks
Experience in implementing enterprise architecture benchmarks
Qualification requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in the role of Scrum Master or similar in agile teams
Full familiarity with Agile, Scrum methodologies and related tools (Jira, Trello, Notion, etc.)
Good command of Excel (formula writing, Pivot Table, Power Query) and Power BI for management reporting
High skills in interpersonal communication, negotiation and team management
Experience in implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and OKR frameworks
Experience in implementing enterprise architecture benchmarks
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Discipline, responsibility, high follow-up and Accurate documentation skills
Preferably with Scrum Master certification or equivalent (such as PSM, CSM)
Interest in learning and growing in the areas of data-driven and customer-centric project management
