Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of network devices such as routers, and switches.
- Install and upgrade network device components and software, and integrate automation processes
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues
- Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
- Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
- Responsible for capacity, demand planning, and network performance
- Responsible for Troubleshoot and resolving network issues
Requirements:
- CCNA R/W is required
- MTCNA or MTCRE are required
- 2 years working in the IT field
- Knowledge of network and service security solutions
- In-depth understanding of Routing and Switching Protocols
- Fluency in network documentation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
- TeamWork ability and Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify network issues and implement appropriate solutions
