Software Test Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive "Software Test Engineer" to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing our web-based products both manually and through API validation, ensuring that every feature behaves as intended and aligns with the design mockups.

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases for new features and existing functionalities
• Perform manual testing on various user flows across our web platform
• Conduct API testing, including verifying endpoints, methods, headers, status codes, and responses
• Validate implemented UI against Figma designs to ensure pixel-perfect accuracy
• Identify, document, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps
• Collaborate closely with developers and designers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
• Provide regular test reports and actively participate in QA reviews and discussions
• Help maintain and evolve QA documentation and internal processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in manual testing of web applications
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or similar
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, and JSON
• Great attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test scenarios
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and familiarity with Figma
• Good communication skills in both written and verbal English
• (Optional) Experience with test automation tools like Selenium or Cypress is a plus
