Job description:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the customer services team to align with overall business objectives.
- Define goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure success and improvement within the team.
- Planning and leading team operations in order to achieve aggressive SLAs and quality objectives.
- Optimize contact center processes, such as call routing, queuing, ticketing and scheduling to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Developing insightful periodic performance reports.
- Providing necessary and required data for executive planning.
- Forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
- Planning and reviewing compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures.
- Building and maintaining an amazing team culture.
- Building and refining training materials.
- Empowering Supervisors as a leader to make a successor.
- Planning and budgeting headcounts for cost management and reporting to business lines.
- Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
- Create a welcoming and motivating environment for employees
Requirements:
- Having at least one experience of leading customer services team as a customer service manager or senior manager
- Strong knowledge of customer services metrics
- Hands-on ability on data analysis and data-driven decision making
- Proven background on scaled team leadership
- Proven experience on work in an agile environment
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Having a systematic and holistic approach to planning and tracking
- Taking responsibility and being responsive to relevant issues (Ownership view)
- Proficient in contact center equipment/software programs
