We’re seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide and support teams in adopting and scaling agile methodologies. You’ll lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives), collaborate with stakeholders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesCoach and mentor product and technology teams on Agile values, principles, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)Facilitate and evolve Agile ceremonies and workshops, ensuring they create alignment, focus, and real impactPartner with product and engineering leaders to improve flow, predictability, and delivery of customer valueIdentify and address systemic bottlenecks, driving improvements in delivery pipelines and organizational agilityEnable a culture of transparency, experimentation, and continuous improvement across teams and stakeholdersInfluence at multiple levels (teams, leadership, portfolio) to scale Agile ways of workingQualificationsProven experience as an Agile Coach or senior-level Scrum Master in a fast-paced tech/product environmentDeep expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application in scalingStrong facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levelsProficiency with Agile tools like Jira, or similar platforms
