ما در حال توسعه یک اکوسیستم دیجیتال مقیاس‌پذیر (Scalable Ecosystem) با معماری پیشرفته هستیم. هدف این پلتفرم، دیجیتالی‌سازی فرآیندهای پیچیده "مدیریت جریان کار" و "پردازش داده" در مقیاس سازمانی (Enterprise) است .
ما به دنبال یک رهبر فنی (Technical Lead) هستیم که کدنویسی نمی‌کند، بلکه به عنوان "مغز متفکر معماری"، پل ارتباطی میان اهداف کلان بیزنس و تیم‌های توسعه پیمانکار (Vendor Teams) خواهد بود .
شرح وظایف کلیدی
مدیریت فنی پیمانکاران (Vendor Management): تفکیک نیازمندی‌های پروژه به بسته‌های فنی (UI, Backend, Security)، انتخاب تیم‌های تخصصی و نظارت بر کیفیت خروجی آن‌ها .
بازبینی معماری (Architecture Review): بررسی و تایید نقشه‌های فنی (ERD, Architecture Diagrams) پیشنهادی توسط تیم‌های توسعه جهت اطمینان از بهینه بودن و توسعه‌پذیری .
ترجمه بیزنس به فنی: تبدیل نیازمندی‌های سطح بالا (High-Level Requirements) به اسناد فنی دقیق و قابل اجرا (PRD) برای برنامه‌نویسان .
تست و تحویل‌گیری: طراحی سناریوهای تست پذیرش (UAT) و بررسی کدهای تحویلی برای اطمینان از عدم وجود Backdoor یا مشکلات امنیتی .

We are developing a scalable digital ecosystem with an advanced architecture. The purpose of this platform is to digitize the complex processes of "workflow management" and "data processing" on an enterprise scale.
We are looking for a Technical Lead who does not write code, but will be the "thinking brain of the architecture", the bridge between the macro business goals and the vendor development teams.
Description of key duties
Technical management of contractors (Vendor Management): separation of project requirements into technical packages (UI, Backend, Security), selection of specialized teams and supervision of their output quality.
Architecture Review: review and approval of technical maps (ERD, Architecture Diagrams) proposed by development teams to ensure optimality and extensibility.
Business to technical translation: converting high-level requirements into detailed and actionable technical documents (PRD) for programmers.
Testing and Delivery: Designing Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and reviewing the delivered code to ensure there are no backdoors or security issues.
