We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Planning and Controller Specialist to join our dynamic ecommerce team. This role requires a highly organized professional who is fully familiar with PMBOK and possesses strong project management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, documenting, tracking, and reporting on various projects across different verticals within our company.
Job Description:
- Develop comprehensive project plans including Gantt charts, project charters, and other essential documentation.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports on a weekly and monthly basis to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues
- Engage and manage communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear understanding of project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to resolve conflicts and ensure project success.
- Ensure all projects comply with company policies and standards.
- Maintain high standards of quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of project management principles and methodologies, especially PMBOK.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or similar
- Strong skills in creating detailed project documentation including Gantt charts, project charters, and progress reports.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex project information in a clear and concise manner.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Ability to lead meetings and facilitate productive discussions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in an ecommerce environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel if required.
