Role Overview:
As a Product Manager at Keepa, you will be responsible for driving product delivery, collaborating closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional squads to ensure the timely launch and performance of high-quality fintech solutions. You will contribute to prioritizing product roadmaps, resolving team dependencies, and ensuring delivery aligns with business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in execution, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Work with Engineering, Design, Business, and QA teams to translate product requirements into executable delivery plans
Own and maintain the product delivery lifecycle, from scope definition to post-release performance tracking
Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with roadmap priorities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, align on goals, and maintain a clear flow of communication
Proactively identify and manage inter-team dependencies, delivery risks, and blockers
Work with Product Leadership to support roadmap prioritization based on impact, feasibility, and timelines
Ensure that releases meet functional, non-functional, and business requirements with minimal friction
Monitor and report on key delivery metrics, project statuses, and delivery health indicators
Support agile ceremonies (standups, retros, demos) and advocate for continuous improvement in team performance
Requirements and Skills
3+ years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2B platforms
Proven track record of delivering products or features on time with high quality in a cross-functional environment
Strong communication and organizational skills to work across engineering, business, and executive stakeholders
Understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, or ClickUp
Experience managing prioritization and trade-offs across user experience, performance, and business goals
Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without authority and align diverse teams
Basic technical understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations
Bonus: Experience in multi-tenancy platforms, financial workflows, or regulatory environments
