Job Description:
- Content Creation & Multimedia Production:
Capture and edit high-quality videos and photos for social media, marketing campaigns, and PR events.
Assist in producing engaging short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts) optimized for digital platforms.
Edit videos with color grading, transitions, motion graphics, and sound design.
Retouch and enhance photos for promotional use, ensuring a high standard of visual storytelling.
Maintain an organized library of multimedia assets for digital marketing and PR purposes.
Plan and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Aparat, and Telegram Channel.
Assist in developing creative campaigns and content series to boost engagement and brand awareness.
Monitor audience interactions, respond to comments, and engage with online communities.
Stay updated on social media trends and suggest new content ideas to keep the brand relevant.
- Public Relations & Outreach:
Support media relations efforts, including drafting press releases and coordinating with journalists.
Assist in organizing PR events, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.
Research and maintain a database of media contacts and industry influencers.
Monitor online brand mentions and compile media coverage reports.
requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in social media management, or content creation (internships included).
- Strong skills in video production, photography, and post-production editing.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Lightroom) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of social media algorithms, engagement tactics, and brand storytelling.
- Strong writing skills and creativity with an eye for engaging digital content.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English, written & spoken.
