Senior Drilling Operation Specialist

o   Soft skills (communication, leadership, problem-solving, decision-making)

Work Environment - Specifies 30-40% rig site travel, 24/7 on-call support during drilling

Performance Metrics - Specific measurable KPIs for safety, operations, quality, problem-solving, team performance

Supervisory Relationships - Clear reporting structure and collaborations

Key Operational Responsibilities Detailed:

·        Daily monitoring of drilling operations from office 

·        24/7 technical support to Operation Supervisors at rig sites

·        Real-time problem-solving (stuck pipe, lost circulation, pressure control)

·        Supervision of Operation Supervisors with mentoring and guidance

·        Cost and schedule tracking with forecasting

·        Comprehensive operational reporting (daily, weekly, post-well)

·        Coordination with Engineering Team on well plan execution

·        Contractor and service company management

·        HSE compliance and safety oversight

·        Regulatory compliance and documentation

·        Clearly exhibited ability to develop good working relationships/become a team player

·        Possess oral and written English language skills required to function effectively within a project team, and to communicate with Project Management, Contractors and Sub-contractors
