سرپرست تولید | Production Supervisor

*محل کار: 5 کیلومتر بعد از فرودگاه امام خمینی، شهرک صنعتی شمس آباد*
شرح شغل:
- نظارت بر رعایت استانداردهای تولیدی
- بررسی، کنترل و نظارت مستمر بر عملیات تولید
- کنترل و آموزش مستمر پرسنل بخش تولید
- هماهنگی و نظارت و مشارکت مستمر بر اجرای کار در بخش تولید
- تولید محصول با توجه به مقدار برنامه‌ریزی شده
- نظارت به نگهداری و حفاظت از ماشین‌آلات AM
- گزارش‌دهی و مستندسازی منظم از روند تولید مطابق با برنامه

شرایط احراز:
*سابقه کار در صنایع غذایی پودری مزیت محسوب می‌شود
- آشنایی با مجموعه نرم‌افزارهای Office و ERP آرین سیستم
- آشنایی با GMP ،ISO22000 و سایر استانداردهای لازم در منطقه کاری
- توانایی رفع عدم انطباق مشاهده شده در فرآیند تولید
- توانایی سنجش بازدهی تولید و تدوین گزارش عملکرد
- مسلط به کار با دستگاه‌های تولید و بسته‌بندی.آشنایی با 5S و HSE
- آشنایی با مفاهیم بودجه‌بندی مشخصاً بودجه‌بندی تولید (Budgeting)
- آشنایی کامل با مفاهیم و محاسبه KPIs تولیدی
- آشنایی با الزامات کیفی صنعت غذا

*Workplace: 5 km after Imam Khomeini Airport, Shams Abad Industrial Town*
Job Description:
- Monitor compliance with production standards
- Review, control and continuous monitoring of production operations
- Continuous control and training of production department personnel
- Coordination and supervision and continuous participation in the implementation of work in the production department
- Product production according to the planned amount
- Supervision of maintenance and protection of AM machines
- Regular reporting and documentation of the process Production in accordance with the program

Certification conditions:
*Experience in powdered food industry is considered an advantage
- Familiarity with Arin System Office and ERP software
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO22000 and other necessary standards in the work area
- Ability to resolve non-conformities observed in the production process
- Ability to measure production efficiency and compile performance reports
- Proficient in working with production and packaging devices. Familiarity with 5S and HSE
- Getting to know the concepts of budgeting, especially production budgeting
- Getting to know the concepts and calculation of production KPIs
- Getting to know the quality requirements of the food industry
