برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای فرآیند کاشت مو:
ارزیابی و تعیین روش مناسب کاشت مو برای هر بیمار (FIT، FUT، SUT و روش‌های ترکیبی).
برنامه‌ریزی جلسات کاشت و نظارت بر زمان‌بندی پروژه‌ها.
ارتباط با مراجعین:
مشاوره با مراجعین برای ارزیابی نیازها و انتظارات آن‌ها.
ارائه توضیحات جامع درباره فرآیند کاشت، مراحل پس از عمل، و مراقبت‌های لازم.
نظارت بر تجهیزات و مواد مصرفی:
اطمینان از آماده‌سازی تجهیزات و مواد لازم برای هر جلسه کاشت.
نظارت بر نگهداری و به‌روزرسانی تجهیزات و رعایت استانداردهای بهداشتی.
پیگیری و پشتیبانی پس از کاشت:
ارائه راهنمایی‌های لازم به بیماران پس از انجام کاشت.
پیگیری نتایج کاشت و رسیدگی به مشکلات احتمالی.
مدیریت کیفیت و بهبود فرآیندها:
بررسی مداوم فرآیندهای کاری و ارائه راهکارهای بهبود کیفیت.
اجرای استانداردهای کلینیک و رعایت پروتکل‌های بهداشتی.

Planning of implantation sessions and overseeing the timing of projects.
Communication with clients:

Providing comprehensive explanations about the implantation process, post-operation steps, and necessary care. Maintenance and updating of equipment and compliance with health standards.
Follow-up and support after implantation:
Providing necessary guidance to patients after implantation.
Following up on implantation results and dealing with possible problems. Specialized. Complete familiarity with different methods of hair transplantation and related equipment. Ability to manage and accurately plan treatment sessions. Strong communication skills to interact with the team and clients. Proficient in hygiene protocols and principles of sterilization.
