Job Description
As a Senior Ads Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns with partner brands and sellers. You will lead campaign planning, proposal design, communication with stakeholders, and operational follow-ups to ensure smooth execution and impactful results.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute advertising campaigns across multiple channels within Snapp!Shop.
- Prepare creative and data-driven advertising proposals tailored to each brand or seller.
- Manage meetings and communications with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment on objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Oversee campaign execution and coordinate with the marketing, design, and tech teams for flawless delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance using data insights; prepare detailed post-campaign reports and optimization recommendations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- Ensure all campaigns follow brand guidelines, platform policies, and internal quality standards.
- Contribute to improving internal ad operations processes and back-office efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- 3 years of experience in advertising, account management, or campaign operations — ideally in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
- Proven track record in campaign planning, execution, and client management.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce back-office operations and campaign lifecycle management.
- Excellent presentation and proposal design skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar tools).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of leading meetings and handling client relationships confidently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with data dashboards.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
