حسابدار حقوق و دستمزد | Payroll Accountant

شرح شغل و وظایف:

• محاسبه و ثبت حقوق، مزایا، اضافه‌کار و کسورات در سیستم مالی
• تهیه لیست بیمه و مالیات حقوق و ارسال به مراجع مربوطه
• کنترل قراردادها، احکام حقوقی و مانده حساب‌های پرسنلی
• همکاری با مدیرعامل در تنظیم قراردادهای همکاری و توافقات مالی با کارکنان
• جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از کارکنان و محاسبه دقیق پرداخت‌ها
• ایجاد تعامل سازنده با نیروها و پاسخ‌گویی در خصوص حقوق، مزایا و وضعیت پرداخت

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی یا بالاتر در رشته‌های حسابداری، مدیریت مالی یا رشته‌های مشابه
• تسلط کامل بر قوانین کار، بیمه و مالیات حقوق
• آشنایی با اصول قراردادها و مکاتبات اداری
• حداقل 3 سال سابقه مرتبط در واحد مالی یا حسابداری حقوق و دستمزد
• دقت بالا، مهارت در اکسل و توانایی ارتباط مؤثر با کارکنان

Job description and duties: Calculating and recording salaries, benefits, overtime and deductions in the financial system Preparing insurance and salary tax lists and sending them to the relevant authorities Controlling contracts, legal orders and balances of personnel accounts Cooperating with the CEO in setting up cooperation contracts and financial agreements with employees Collecting information from employees and calculating accurate payments Establishing constructive interaction with the forces and accountability regarding Salaries, benefits and payment status

Eligibility requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, financial management or similar fields
• Complete mastery of labor laws, insurance and salary tax
• Familiarity with the principles of contracts and administrative correspondence
• At least 3 years of related experience in the financial unit or payroll accounting
• High accuracy, skill in Excel and the ability to communicate effectively with employees
