We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the Engagement Team at Pooleno, a cryptocurrency exchange. You’ll own products that drive user engagement, retention, and viral growth in a high-scale B2C environment. This role demands both strategic vision and hands-on execution—from ideation to launch—while obsessively optimizing core engagement metrics in the volatile crypto space.

Responsibilities:
- Own the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, with a laser focus on engagement, retention, and viral growth across Pooleno’s web and mobile platforms.
- Partner tightly with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to ship high-impact features on time that materially move engagement metrics.
- Dive deep into user behavioral data , customer feedback, competitor moves, and crypto market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize the backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and engagement impact.
- Continuously iterate through A/B testing, user research, personalization, and rapid updates tailored to user segments.
- Track, report, and optimize core engagement KPIs (referral rate, push/open rate, in-app events) with regular updates to leadership.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2C products (fintech or crypto exchange preferred).
- Proven track record of improving engagement/retention metrics at scale—case studies with quantifiable results required.
- Strong data fluency: defining KPIs, leveraging analytics tools, and turning insights into action.
- Hands-on experience with backlog management (Jira or similar) and rapid MVP iteration.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and a relentless user-centric mindset; ability to partner closely with designers to craft addictive experiences.
- Knowledge of the crypto ecosystem (trading, wallets, staking, DeFi) and associated security/regulatory challenges is a plus.
