Automation & Systems Developer (Python)

We’re looking for a developer who can:
Build and improve smart bots for automation and scraping
Work with browser-based tools (like Selenium) and browserless scraping (e.g., requests, cloudscraper)
Analyze workflows to bypass restrictions, reduce steps, or speed up processes
Handle sessions, proxies, cookies, and headers
Create stable, self-recovering systems that run non-stop with error handling and logging
You won’t just be writing code — you’ll be thinking ahead and designing systems that work smarter and faster.
This role is for someone who:
Has solid experience with web scraping and browser automation
Knows how to handle CAPTCHAs, logins, session reuse, and timeouts
Enjoys breaking down complex flows and finding clever shortcuts or workarounds
Core Technical Skills
Python automation: requests, cloudscraper, asyncio, selenium
Node.js (optional but a plus): for high-speed, event-based scraping
Redis: state tracking and session control
Proxies: sticky sessions, rotating IPs, header manipulation
Session management: extract, reuse, and transfer cookies/tokens
CAPTCHA solving: bypass flows and headless interaction
SQL databases (e.g., MySQL): for storing and managing results
System & Logic Skills
Experience with reverse engineering web flows (DevTools, network inspection)
Able to map workflows, detect patterns, and exploit edge cases
Can build fault-tolerant bots with logging and recovery logic
Knows how to optimize performance and reliability in real-world conditions
