• آشنایی با سامانه‌های مالیاتی و تامین اجتماعی و بیمه (سامانه مودیان و معاملات فصلی و اظهارنامه ارزش افزوده).
• مسلط به حقوق و دستمزد.
• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس به ویژه ورد و اکسل.
• توانایی یادگیری سریع سیستم‌ها و فرآیندهای جدید.

شایستگی‌ها (دانش و مهارت):

• دانش در حوزه قوانین (قانون کار، قوانین مالیات و بیمه).
• مهارت مذاکره.
• توانایی مدیریت زمان.
