Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential clients, build strong relationships, and exceed sales targets.
• Check all legal documents related to visa applications.
• Analyze client situations and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.
• Meticulously review and verify all client-provided information for accuracy and completeness.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues, providing clear and timely communication.
• Manage all aspects of the visa process for assigned clients, staying current on legal and regulatory changes.
• Provide exceptional customer service, fostering trust and maintaining clear communication throughout the engagement.
• Handle all client interactions professionally (whether on the telephone or in person), ensure fair treatment, and show sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.
• Help the brand and marketing team by preparing supporting documents.
• Contribute to team development initiatives and foster a positive work culture

Requirements:

Essential:

• Positive and helpful attitude.
• Sales and marketing experiences.
• Fluency in English (upper-intermediate or advanced).
• Proven ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for client service (internal and external).Superior organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
