✳️ شرح موقعیت شغلی:


تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش در سطح کشوری
توسعه و مدیریت شبکه توزیع و نمایندگان فروش در سراسر ایران
تحلیل بازار، رقبا و روندهای فروش برای افزایش سهم بازار
مدیریت تیم فروش، تعیین اهداف ماهانه و ارزیابی عملکرد
ایجاد و حفظ ارتباط مؤثر با فروشگاه‌ها، توزیع‌کنندگان و مشتریان کلیدی
همکاری نزدیک با واحدهای بازاریابی، مالی و لجستیک در راستای تحقق اهداف کلان شرکت
اماده رفتن به شهرستان و بازدید از نمایندگان و جذب نماینده های بیشتر
برقراری ارتباط موثر با مشتریان
اشنایی با بازار لوازم خانگی
تسلط به فنون بازاریابی و فروش
مهارت تحلیلی و استراتژیک
دستیار در ایجاد و اجرای استراتژی فروش
شناخت قوانین و مقررات مربوط به صنعت لوازم خانگی
انجام گزارشات فروش





✳️ شرایط احراز:


حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار در مدیریت فروش لوازم خانگی یا کالاهای مصرفی
آشنایی کامل با شبکه فروش و توزیع لوازم خانگی در سطح کشور
توانایی برنامه‌ریزی، رهبری و هدایت تیم‌های فروش
مهارت بالا در ارتباطات، مذاکره و مدیریت روابط با مشتریان
روحیه کار تیمی، مسئولیت‌پذیری و پایبندی به چارچوب‌های سازمانی
تسلط به ابزارهای گزارش‌گیری و نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط با مدیریت فروش (ترجیحاً CRM)

✳️ job description:


development and implementation of national sales strategies
development and management of the distribution network and sales representatives throughout Iran
analysis of the market, competitors and sales trends to increase market share
management of the sales team, setting monthly goals and performance evaluation
establishing and maintaining effective relationships with stores, distributors and key customers
close cooperation with marketing, finance and logistics units in order to achieve Goals Big company
Ready to go to the city and visit representatives and attract more representatives
Establishing effective communication with customers
Familiar with home appliance market
Mastery of marketing and sales techniques
Analytical and strategic skills
Assistant in creating and implementing sales strategy
Knowledge of laws and regulations related to home appliance industry
Completing sales reports





✳️ conditions Qualification:


At least 5 years of work experience in sales management of household appliances or consumer goods
Complete familiarity with the sales and distribution network of household appliances nationwide
Ability to plan, lead and direct sales teams
High skill in communication, negotiation and managing relationships with customers
Teamwork spirit, responsibility and adherence to organizational frameworks
Mastery of reporting tools and software related to sales management (preferably CRM)
