Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate the company-wide OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework.
- Lead and facilitate monthly OKR review sessions with departments and ensure action items are tracked and followed up.
- Collect, validate, and analyze performance data from departments to assess progress toward strategic goals.
- Prepare insightful reports and presentations for executive leadership to support decision-making.
- Contribute to mid- and long-term strategic planning processes.
- Develop, refine, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between departmental goals and corporate strategy.
- Maintain and improve tools, templates, and systems used for strategic planning and OKR tracking.
- Conduct analysis of industry trends and the competitive landscape to support strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in strategy analysis, business performance management, or consulting.
- Solid understanding of OKRs, KPIs, and organizational performance management.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills to run structured review sessions.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with strategic planning and project management tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills.
