مسئولیت‌ها:
-تحلیل و مستندسازی نیازمندی‌های کاربران و ذی‌نفعان.
-نوشتن User Storyهای دقیق و قابل‌درک و مدیریت Backlog محصول.
-تعریف و اجرای نقشه راه محصول.مدیریت ارتباط مؤثر با ذی‌نفعان داخلی و خارجی.
-شرکت در جلسات اسکرام تیم توسعه برای شفاف‌سازی تسک‌ها و رفع ابهامات.
-برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت چرخه عمر محصول (Product Lifecycle).
-هدایت OKRها یا اهداف فصلی محصول و نظارت بر پیشرفت آن‌ها.
-برگزاری و تسهیل جلسات Sprint Planning ،Review و Retrospective.همکاری نزدیک با تیم توسعه و پشتیبانی برای ارائه بهترین تجربه ممکن.
-مهارت‌ها و تجربیات مورد نیاز:
-تسلط کامل به متدولوژی‌های Agile به‌ویژه Scrum.
-آشنایی با ابزارهای مدیریت پروژه به‌ویژه Jira.
-آشنایی با ابزارهای مستندسازی مانند Confluence یا Notion.حداقل دو سال سابقه کاری در نقش مالک -محصول یا نقش مشابه.
-توانایی اولویت‌بندی، تصمیم‌گیری سریع و کار در محیط‌های پرچالش.
-مهارت بالا در ارتباط مؤثر، هم در تیم و هم با ذی‌نفعان خارجی
-تفکر تحلیلی و آشنایی با مفاهیم KPI و شاخص‌های موفقیت محصول.
امتیاز محسوب می‌شود اگر:
-به تجربه کاربری (UX) و تحلیل داده‌ها علاقه‌مند باشید.
-با مفاهیم و کاربردهای هوش مصنوعی (AI) در محصول‌های دیجیتال آشنا باشید.
-تجربه کار با تیم‌های Data Science یا Machine Learning داشته باشید.
Responsibilities:
Analysis and Documentation for User and beneficiary requirements.
Writing accurate and understandable user stories and product Backlog management.
Definition and Implementation of Product Roadmap. Management of effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Company in Skram Development Team sessions (Product Management and Product Management. LifecyCle).
Guiding OKRs or seasonal goals of the product and monitoring their progress.
Hold and facilitate Sprint Planning, Review and RetroSparable sessions. Carely collaborate with the Development and Support Team to deliver the best possible experience.
Skills and experiences required:
Full Social Management of Agile. Project, especially Jira.
-Introduction to documentary tools such as confluense or notion. At least two years of work experience in the role of the owner-Principle or Similar Role.
-Prioritization, quick decision making and work in challenging environments. Product.
