نقش شما در تیم شامل موارد زیر است:
مدیریت تیم‌های توسعه جاوا و هدایت فنی آن‌ها:
- برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت وظایف تیم‌های توسعه جاوا
- افزایش بهره‌وری و بهبود عملکرد
نظارت بر کیفیت کدها و استانداردهای توسعه:
- اجرای Code Review و نظارت بر استانداردهای Clean Code.
- اطمینان از رعایت اصول SOLID ،Design Patterns و Best Practice.
- شناسایی و مدیریت Debt فنی و بهینه‌سازی مستمر کدها.
معماری و طراحی سیستم‌های جاوا:
- طراحی معماری نرم‌افزارهای مقیاس‌پذیر و امن.
- انتخاب فریم‌ورک‌ها و تکنولوژی‌های مناسب در اکوسیستم جاوا.
- پیاده‌سازی Microservices Architecture و بهینه‌سازی ساختارهای نرم‌افزاری.
بهینه‌سازی فرایندهای توسعه و استقرار (CI/CD):
- راه‌اندازی و بهینه‌سازی Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD).
- همکاری با تیم DevOps برای بهبود فرآیندهای استقرار و مدیریت سرورها.
- بررسی و رفع مشکلات عملکردی (Performance Tuning & Optimization).
همکاری نزدیک با سایر تیم‌ها و مدیریت فنی پروژه‌ها
- تعامل با تیم اندروید (Flutter & Dart) برای هماهنگی APIها و ارتباط سرور.
- هماهنگی با تیم QA برای تست و بهبود کیفیت نرم‌افزار.
- پشتیبانی و مانیتورینگ نرم‌افزارهای در حال اجرا و مدیریت Crash Handling & Debugging.
نیازمندی‌های این شغل شامل موارد زیر است:
- دانش عمیق در زبان برنامه‌نویسی جاوا و فریم‌ورک‌های پیشرفته مانند Spring Boot.
- حداقل ظه سال تجربه در مدیریت تیم‌های توسعه جاوا.
- تسلط بر معماری نرم‌افزار و الگوهای طراحی.
- آشنایی با RESTful API ،Git ،CI/CD و ابزارهای مدیریت پروژه.
- مهارت در ارتباطات تیمی و راهبری توسعه‌دهندگان.

Your role in the team includes:
- Managing Java Development Teams and their Technical Guidance < BR> Planning and Management of Java Development Teams
Increase Productivity and Improve Performance
- Monitor the Quality of Codes and Development Standards
Implement Code Review and Monitoring Clean Code
Standards Solid, Design Patterns and Best Practice
Identification and Management Debt Technical and Continuous Optimization of Codes
- Architecture and Design of Java Systems
Architecture Design of Scalable and Secure Software
Selection of appropriate frameworks and technologies in Java Ecosystem
Implementation of Microservices Architecture and Optimization of Software Structures
- Optimization of Development and Deployment Processes (CI/CD)
Launch and Optimization Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD)
collaborate with the Devops team to improve deployment and management processes
Performance Tuning & Optimization)
- close cooperation with other teams And technical management of projects
Interaction with the Android team (Flutter & Dart) for coordination of APIs and server communication
Coordination with QA Team Testing and Improving Software Quality
Support and Monitoring Software Running and Managing Crash Handling & Debugging
The requirements of this job include:
Deep Knowledge of Java Programming and Advanced Frameworks such as Spring Boot
At least 5 years of experience in managing Java Development Teams
Mastery of Software Architecture and Design Patterns
Get acquainted with Restful API, Git, CI/CD and Project Management Tools
Team Communication and Developer Guidance
