مسئولیت ها:
- تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش و بازاریابی
- رهبری و هدایت تیم فروش جهت دستیابی به اهداف تعیین شده
- ایجاد و حفظ روابط کاری با مشتریان جدید و فعلی
- ارتقا و توسعه تکنیک‌های مذاکره برای افزایش فروش
- تحلیل بازار و شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید

شایستگی ها:
- تجربه کاری موثر در حوزه فروش و بازاریابی
- مهارت‌های بالای مذاکره و برقراری ارتباط
- توانایی کار تیمی و هدایت تیم برای رسیدن به اهداف
- توانایی تفکر استراتژیک و حل مشکلات
