Job Title: Strategic Planning Specialist
We are looking for A driven, entrepreneurial individual with a product obsession and startup mentality to join us as Strategic Business Development Consultant.
This is a unique opportunity to validate, build, and launch a venture — with full support from our in-house team and no personal financial risk. If a project clicks, you’ll become its CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and explore promising markets, customer pain points, and startup concepts
- Validate ideas with users through real feedback, not assumptions
- Build MVPs using no-code, low-code, or with support from our developers
- Lead go-to-market strategies: positioning, messaging, growth loops
- Collaborate with in-house design, tech, marketing, and funding teams
- Iterate quickly — scale the winning ideas, and let go of the rest
Role Requirements:
- Proven track record of building products, startups, or impactful side projects
- High tolerance for ambiguity and a bias toward action
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and storytelling abilities
- Comfortable owning the entire lifecycle of an idea — from concept to launch
- Ability to sell your vision to users, stakeholders, and investors
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with no-code tools, lean startup, or validation frameworks
- Understanding of user psychology, MVP metrics, and growth tactics
- Familiarity with AI, cloud infrastructure, B2B SaaS, or developer tools

Work Location & Schedule:
- Company Location: Fatemi St., Jahad Square, Tehran, Iran.
- Workplace Policy: Full Time – Onsite
- Worktime: Sunday to Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM with 2 hours of flexibility to suit your schedule.
- Remote day: Tuesday
