Job Description
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the electrical goods and household appliances industry
• Daily coordination and organization of store affairs and sales team based on brand values, standards, and regulations
• Execution of store processes and guidelines, and scheduling staff time management and sales team guidance
• Training new store personnel and assisting them in quickly familiarizing themselves with duties and regulations
• Motivating, developing, and guiding the sales team and managing talents
• Patient and logical, with conflict resolution skills and managing complaining and angry customers
• Timely decision-making and crisis management, proficient in negotiation techniques and familiar with leadership, management, and organization principles
• Familiar with advertising strategies and store layout
• Supervision of daily store affairs and financial matters, and performing all sales processes
• Managing goods, including price changes, charging new items, controlling damaged and returned items, and responding to customer problems and questions
• Organized, committed, responsible, and with excellent public relations
• Familiar with store accounting and Office and email software
• Age: 27-40 years old
• Minimum education: Diploma
• Military service status: End of service/exemption
• Working hours: Sunday to Saturday 10 am to 10 pm, with one mid-week day off (excluding Thursdays, Fridays, and holidays)
