We are seeking a technical lead to join our team and help build the next-generation platform for Azki Sarmayeh. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the CEO, CPO, and front-end teams to design and implement robust, scalable services that power our innovative platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and infrastructure planning
- Advise on core technology decisions and technical risk
- Assist in hiring senior developers and DevOps engineers
- Continuously improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of our backend systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical leadership
- Strong proficiency in .NET Core and related frameworks
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Experience integrating with external systems and third-party services
- Knowledge of security best practices and secure coding standards
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Proven experience mentoring junior developers
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Preferred Qualifications
