Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, or a similar human resources position.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to efficiently create reports, presentations, and track HR metrics.
