مدیر فناوری اطلاعات | IT Manager

هلدینگ مادر مال (مجتمع تجاری ـ تفریحی)، واقع در استان خوزستان ـ شهرستان دزفول، به دنبال یک مدیر فناوری اطلاعات با تجربه برای پیوستن به تیم پویا و رو به رشد خود در تهران هستیم. شما مسئولیت مدیریت و هدایت عملیات فناوری اطلاعات و تضمین عملکرد کارآمد سیستم‌ها و زیرساخت‌های فناوری را خواهید داشت.

لازم به ذکر است محل استقرار در دفتر مرکزی «تهران ـ شهرک غرب» است.

در برخی از موقعیت‌های شغلی، امکان همکاری به صورت چرخشی (یک هفته در تهران و یک هفته در دزفول) وجود دارد.

مسئولیت‌ها:

• طراحی و پیاده‌سازی سیستم‌های تحلیل داده‌های فروش و مشتریان.
• ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی برای تصمیم‌گیری مدیریتی.
• همکاری با واحد مارکتینگ برای تحلیل رفتار مشتریان.
• توسعه مدل‌های پیش‌بینی برای بهبود عملکرد کسب‌وکار.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به ابزارهای تحلیل داده مانند Python ،R و SQL.
• آشنایی با هوش تجاری مانند Power BI و Tableau.
• توانایی حل مسئله و مدیریت اکتیو دایرکتوری.
• توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و تبدیل آنها به اطلاعات قابل اجرا.
• توانایی طراحی سیستم‌های جمع‌آوری و پردازش داده.
• مدرک تحصیلی: کارشناسی ارشد.
• رشته تحصیلی: مهندسی کامپیوتر، علوم داده.

Holding Mall Mother (Commercial -Recreational Complex), located in Khuzestan province, Dezful city, we are looking for an experienced IT manager to join our dynamic and growing team in Tehran. You will be responsible for managing and directing information technology operations and guaranteeing efficient performance of technology systems and infrastructure.
* It should be noted that the location is in the Tehran-West Town Headquarters.
In some job positions, it is possible to cooperate in a rotating (one week in Tehran, and one week in Dezful:
Management
- Collaboration with Marketing Unit to Analyze Customer Behavior
- Develop Forecast Models to improve business performance
- Creating and maintaining data collection and processing systems
- IT team management and ensuring their optimal performance
- Support all users in daily use of IT systems
Python, R and SQL
- Introduction to Business Intelligence Tools such as Power Bi and Tableau
- Ability to analyze data and convert them to applicable information
- Critical thinking and strong problem solving skills
- Leadership skills and team management ability
- Active Directory Experience
