Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong programming fundamentals and experience in AI-assisted development and product scalability to lead the technical development of a personalized supplement recommendation platform.
In the first phase, the core mission is to develop and launch the MVP of the product.
As the lead engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a modular, scalable platform using modern frontend and backend frameworks along with a document- or relational-based database. You will also work with AI-powered coding tools to streamline development and optimize performance. You’ll leverage tools like Cursor and other AI agents to streamline development, optimize performance, and accelerate DevOps flows.
We’ve already prepared the initial dataset — including the health questionnaire, logic model, and supplement database, to accelerate your onboarding and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build a scalable health-focused web platform
- Develop secure APIs for user profiles, health questionnaires, and personalized supplement matching
- Implement a responsive UI with multi-step forms
- Leverage AI-based coding tools for faster development and code quality
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for a reliable DevOps workflow
- Design and maintain the product database
- Enable integration with external systems like pharmacy APIs and affiliate programs
- Contribute to multilingual and regional expansion roadmap
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack experience using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js or Python
- Strong frontend skills with React or other modern JS frameworks
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and authentication methods
- Experience with automated deployments, Git-based workflows, and agile delivery
- Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready features
- Understanding of using AI code assistants in real workflows (optional but a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthtech, wellness apps, or recommendation systems
- Familiarity with product personalization strategies
- Interest in long-term collaboration and technical leadership in a growing product
- Experience working with multilingual UI and international scaling challenges
- Familiarity with using LLMs or AI agents in product architecture and automated QA
